I am a serious workout freak - and a certified instructor - and I actually bought this by mistake, but it was cheap so I tried it. It is a nice little workout. They have a whole plan for how to use it to gently work you up to a higher level of fitness...
It has 3 CDs, each with a 2 training sessions, a cardio session, and area of focus exercises. The cardio is good if you are (how to say this...) not in such great shape - for me, it does not raise my heart rate at all.
The training sessions are set up like personal training between you and Jessica, with fun graphics etc. You only need resistance bands, no weights (I like to use weights for some parts to make it more challenging.) It is set up into a short bunch of little exercises using the band, and she cues you on your correct form etc. She is friendly and fun.
The "Training session 1" on each CD is super easy, good for a beginner not too challenging. I really like "Training session 2" of each disc. Each exercise is short, but can be killer if you use the heavy band (and sometimes weights.) They have extra exercises you can do in certain spots, if you want more, say butt work. "Push enter for extra" pops up on the screen from time to time, and I always do that option. It then goes back to where you were. Its about a half an hour, so I sometimes do it if I don't have much time and don't want to work myself out alone.
I think it is great for people who are just starting out. And if you are experienced, you can take some liberties with it and make it into a good little mini-workout.
